It made our trip to Kingston upon Hull a comfortable experience. We greatly enjoyed the central location and how clean the place was kept. There were comfortable beds and multi-channel television, a coffeemaker and ironing facilities inside the room.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness which was spotless, the hotel facilities such as the well-equipped tea and coffee facilities, and the location which was great for those who don't have a car since transportation via bus was good. We also enjoyed the reasonable drink prices and the friendly and fun staff members like Nikki who made our stay exceptional.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel with a genuine pub feel. The location was perfect for my needs the next day and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities in the clean and comfortable room were exactly what I needed, although the shower was a little temperamental. The option to have breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Great value and friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city and it’s easy to access key tourist attractions. Although basic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided. it's an ideal spot for travellers on a budget who want a comfortable base in a convenient location.

The heating in our room was inadequate during our winter stay, which made for some uncomfortable nights. the decor was a little outdated and could use some modernisation.

We had a lovely time at this hotel/pub with its cosy atmosphere and great location near all that we wanted to see. Our room was clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and a great view. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the affordable prices of the drinks, and the smoking area outside was a plus.
